In the case of long-term leasing, the asset appears on the lessor's balance sheet, so it is not charged to the lessee's credit limit.
The VAT related to the operational lease fee can be reclaimed and deducted from the corporate tax base*.
*According to the current legislation, there are two options for this:
A, Claims VAT back in proportion to the use of the company car for business purposes, and keeps a detailed road record for this
B, You choose flat-rate taxation, during which it is not necessary to keep a road record, but in this case you can claim back only a maximum of 50%
